About Us

Greenwalt Corporation was formed by the Greenwalt family in 1978 to develop and build quality commercial and industrial real estate projects. One of the strengths of the company is its excellent reputation within the financial community which allows real estate developments to be completed on time and within budget.

Although located in central Indiana, the firm has completed projects throughout all of Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Georgia, and Kentucky.
